Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Atlanta-area properties under Regional Manager.

• Support, coach, and direct front desk team members.
• Ensure attendance, appearance, hospitality, and service standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding new staff members.

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Front Desk Supervisor to support our Regional Manager and front desk teams across multiple residential properties in the Atlanta area. This is a field-based supervisory role for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and stepping in when needed to keep our properties properly staffed and operating at a high level.
