Job summary

KIPP Atlanta Schools seeks an experienced Campus School Operations Manager to oversee administrative aspects of school events, field trips, transportation, parent engagement and student recruitment. You will ensure consistent stakeholder opportunities through meetings, events, weekly communications, and student support initiatives.

You will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and the district and collaborate closely with the Campus Director of Operations for efficient daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience managing projects and data.
• Experience building productive stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Steadfast commitment to servant leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new systems and programs for efficient school operations and process improvements.
• Manages staff duty schedules.
• Coordinates school IDs and designations.
• Supports dual enrollment transportation logistics.
• Supports student recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Plans and executes all school events for students, parents, and staff.
• Supports academic events involving parents.
• Plans all school field trips.
• Manages weekly newsletters with school leadership.
• Updates the school website and social media with key information.
