KIPP NYC is seeking a School Operations Manager to lead daily operations across our NYC schools. You will ensure smooth systems, enrollment targets, safety protocols, and collaborate with the Director of Operations to support instructional goals.

You will supervise the School Operations Administrator, coordinate communications with families, and help plan events and field trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks precisely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily school operations and ensure core systems run smoothly.
• Support enrollment targets and manage recruitment processes.
• Manage the School Operations Administrator and conduct regular check-ins.
• Monitor student health and safety protocols with the school nurse.
• Collaborate with the DOO on special projects and events; ensure smooth walkthroughs.
