AMAT in Atlanta is seeking a Vice President of HR for Corporate Functions to provide strategic and operational HR leadership to senior executives across Finance, Strategy, IT, and Safety. This leader partners with centralized COEs, builds leadership capability, and drives an engaged, high-performing culture.

The role includes leading a small HRBP team, aligning HR programs with business priorities, and guiding organizational design and workforce planning in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR Business Partner to Atlanta-based corporate leaders (Finance, Strategy, IT, etc.).
• Build and develop a small HRBP/Generalist team with consistent service delivery.
• Partner with SVP, HR and COE leaders to deliver enterprise-aligned HR programs.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Lead change management and organizational design for centralized HR transitions.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations and talent pipelines.
