CRH Americas Materials Inc. in Atlanta, GA, seeks a VP of Human Resources for Corporate Functions. This role partners with senior leaders, builds leadership capability, and oversees HR strategy and programs across finance, strategy, development, IT, and safety.

You will lead a small HR team, coordinate with Centers of Excellence, and drive talent pipelines, organizational design, and change management to support enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or equivalent.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years leading HR teams.
• Credible partner to senior leadership with business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary HRBP to Atlanta-based functional leaders (Finance, Strategy, IT, etc.).
• Lead and develop a small HRBP/Generalist team; ensure quality service.
• Partner with SVP, HR and Centers of Excellence for enterprise-aligned HR programs.
• Drive talent pipelines through succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on goal setting, feedback, and performance development.
• Guide on complex employee relations matters for corporate functions.
