City of Atlanta seeks an experienced HR leader to direct planning, development, and budgeting of HR functions across departments. You will oversee organizational structure, day-to-day operations, and reporting systems to ensure efficient HR services.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR laws, 5+ years of HR generalist experience, budgeting ability, and proven leadership. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business is required; this position is full-time and supervisory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of nine years of professional HR experience.
• Five years of HR generalist experience.
• Project management or leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong planning, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
