The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking an Outbound Sales Marketing Specialist to lead ticketing sales and operations for UTA Athletics. You will drive revenue through strategic planning, outreach campaigns, and fan engagement initiatives, coordinating with the College Park Center Box Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities include developing annual sales strategies, designing group ticket packages, and training student staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, business, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in ticket sales, operations, customer service, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all ticket sale efforts for UTA Athletics for revenue generation.
• Oversee Box Office and AXS ticketing operations including inventory, pricing, event builds, CRM maintenance, and sales analysis.
• Develop and implement annual sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and revenue goals.
• Design and execute group ticket packages and fan experience programs with coaches and game ops staff.
• Recruit, train, and supervise student interns and ticket office staff.
