Kent State University on the Kent Campus is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue Generation. Lead the sale of single-game, group, and season ticket packages while ensuring excellent fan experience and fulfillment.

The role oversees ticket office operations, staff, and cross-campus collaborations to drive revenue growth. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in ticket sales, with ability to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of ticket sales or related experience.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and athletics revenue growth opportunities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends; travel off campus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead single, group, and season ticket packages.
• Develop and implement ticket marketing and sales strategies.
• Oversee ticket office operations and report sales.
• Supervise staff and student employees in the ticket office.
• Coordinate revenue generation opportunities with athletic department.
• Collaborate with marketing, DPAE, and multi-media partners on campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives for growth and brand development.
• Represent Kent State Athletics at events and revenue meetings.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
