Job summary

Vanderbilt Sports Properties is seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Events Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and lead planning and execution of events and experiences for corporate partners and key stakeholders. This role collaborates with Vanderbilt Athletics, Vanderbilt Enterprises, and external partners to ensure flawless delivery of events and activation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sports, events, hospitality, marketing, partnership services, operations, or related field.
• Experience independently managing events or complex projects from planning through execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of corporate partner events, hospitality experiences, and partner appreciation events.
• Manage event logistics: venue coordination, invitations, catering, parking, credentials, signage, run-of-show, vendor coordination, guest communication, on-site execution.
• Coordinate with Partnership Services to fulfill sponsor events and experiences.
• Develop timelines, checklists, budgets, and communication plans for events and partner experiences.
• Coordinate with campus partners, facilities, vendors, and stakeholders to drive execution.
