Dartmouth College seeks an experienced Facilities and Operations Coordinator to assist in daily athletics facilities operations and event management. The role supervises building managers and coordinates access, inventory, and event logistics to ensure readiness and safety.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. This onsite position resides in Hanover, NH.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily coordination of athletics facilities operations.
• Supervise building managers and support daily readiness of facilities.
• Coordinate building manager schedules, training, and day-to-day work expectations.
• Oversee access control, including key distribution and event unlock support.
• Support inventory tracking and departmental supply coordination.
• Participate in event management for home varsity contests.
• Handle on-site operational issues and emergencies as needed.
