Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, operations, business or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in operations planner/scheduler or leadership role, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting customers and skilled trade teams in building operations.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance/reliability issues.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate across multiple trades.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Look ahead to plan and sequence upcoming work, balancing workloads across shops and technicians.
• Develop realistic weekly and long-range schedules with supervisors; confirm labor availability.
• Define tasks, labor hours, trades, materials, and access needs for scheduling.
• Identify and remove barriers that delay work; escalate when needed.
• Maintain priority system for 24/7 emergency response and scheduled work.
• Analyze backlog, PM completion, and schedule compliance to drive improvements.
