Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with NCAA Division III rules and compliance processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience managing events or athletics operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gameday operations for all home athletic contests including setup, flow, safety and fan experience.
• Coordinate game contracts, scheduling of officials, and staffing with coaches and administrators.
• Manage scheduling of athletic spaces and facility upkeep across campus facilities.
• Develop and implement game management policies and procedures in alignment with university and NCAA guidelines.
