Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of degree completion and experience.
• Experience in athletics, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitors operations of Kuch Center and other athletic facilities during shifts and oversees usage.
• Oversees safety, security, and cleanliness of athletic facilities.
• Supervises student staff and enforces facility rules and policies.
• Communicates with supervisor, Public Safety, and Facilities during emergencies.
• Provides game management support at home events, including setup and breakdown.
• Operates game clock, shot clock, or public address system as needed.
• Manages facility rentals for external groups and enforces emergency protocols.
• Contributes to department success by handling additional assigned tasks.
