Job summary

Monmouth University is seeking an experienced Associate Athletic Director for Facilities, Operations, and Capital Planning to lead planning, coordination, and execution of athletic event operations and facility management. This role oversees game-day operations, special events, and planning for conference and NCAA postseason events on campus.

The position performs in-person, on-campus duties, collaborating with coaches, campus partners, vendors, and officials to ensure safe and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid submissions and plan NCAA postseason events for assigned sports.
• Manage all aspects of game-day operations for athletic contests and events.
• Coordinate facility maintenance needs and operational requirements for athletics facilities.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to develop event plans within budget and facility constraints.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, staffing, and venue prep for events and programs.
• Supervise event staff and ensure compliance with regulations.
