Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in collegiate, professional, or minor league athletics event planning is needed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of athletic and special event operations for assigned sports and facilities.
• Oversee staffing, facility setup/breakdown, event supervision, and operational support for home contests and events.
• Coordinate external rentals, community events, and operational leadership for university events in athletic facilities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise temporary staff, interns, and student workers for event support.
• Collaborate with campus departments and vendors to ensure successful delivery of athletic events.
