Bucknell University in Pennsylvania seeks a Coordinator of Events & Operations to oversee athletic event and game operations for regular season, post‑season, and special events. The role collaborates with coaches, staff, visiting teams, external groups and spectators to ensure safe, smooth performances.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and recapping operations; coordinating ticketing, facilities, safety, equipment, marketing and staff logistics; and working with internal offices

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in events/operations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Oversee event and game operations for Division I athletic competitions and special events.
• Plan, schedule, supervise, and recap operational aspects to ensure smooth events for participants and spectators.
• Coordinate ticket operations, facilities, safety, equipment, and marketing logistics.
