Job summary

You will serve as the main liaison for game operations, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver safe, high-quality experiences for spectators and participants.

You will oversee part-time staff, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with NCAA, Conference, and university policies,

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years in event management or related field.
  • Ability to learn NCAA and Conference policies for all sports.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with external partners.
  • Judgment and problem-resolution skills in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of crowd management, safety protocols and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of high-quality athletic events.
  • Serve as main point of contact for game operations and event management.
