Job summary

Mercer University Athletics is seeking a Ticketing Operations Coordinator on the Macon campus. You will support day-to-day ticket sales, manage ticket requests, and maintain databases to maximize revenue while delivering a superior customer experience.

This role requires collaboration with the Fan Experience team and the Director of Fan Experience, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Some directly related experience in ticket sales, marketing, promotions, revenue generation, or professional sales.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by the university's carrier.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day ticket sales operations for athletics.
• Assist in executing ticket sales strategies and manage group/individual requests.
• Maintain sales databases and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the Community Involvement and Fan Experience teams and Director of Fan Experience.
• Travel and evenings/weekends availability as required by game schedule.
