Job summary

University of Texas seeks a Coordinator, Donor Relations to support donor stewardship and engagement within Intercollegiate Athletics. You will work on Annual Fund and Longhorn Foundation membership benefit activation, fulfillment, and donor engagement throughout the donor lifecycle.

Under the Assistant Director, you will coordinate communications, tailor donor experiences, and collaborate with departments to ensure accurate fulfillment, timely acknowledgments, and meaningful donor recognition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year in development or donor relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activation, communication, and fulfillment of Annual Fund and membership benefits.
  • Maintain an annual benefit activation calendar and partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage donor acknowledgement cycles and personalized stewardship communications.
  • Plan and execute donor touchpoints, including digital and physical collateral.
  • Support event planning, membership programs, and donor recognition activities.
