Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of experience in development, donor relations and/or stewardship or in an applicable intercollegiate athletics position.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activation, communication, and fulfillment of Annual Fund and Longhorn Foundation membership benefits.
• Manage acknowledgement cycles and donor communications; plan touchpoints with donors.
• Coordinate annual Membership Kit production and fulfillment with designers/vendors.
• Support donor appreciation activities and events, including gameday hospitality planning.
• Maintain inventory and tracking reports for donor materials and stewardship.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service to donors.
