Job summary

CU Boulder Advancement is seeking an Assistant Director of Donor Relations to plan and execute donor engagement and stewardship for the College of Arts and Sciences, Graduate School and Libraries. The role supports strategizing donor recognition, annual stewardship, and engagement initiatives with a focus on acknowledgments, stewardship, and events.

Responsibilities

• Programmatic Oversight, Task Execution, and Tactical Work led by the Director of Alumni Engagement and Donor Relations.
• Acknowledgments: manage donor acknowledgments and data quality, using tools like ThankView to vary approaches and track CASE Metrics.
• Stewardship: oversee annual stewardship for scholarship donors, coordinate meetings, and produce impact reports.
• Engagement: organize donor events such as football suite experiences and other engagements for top donors and prospects.
• Collaborate with college and advancement teams to implement priorities and engage donors, volunteers, and partners.
• Travel to engage university constituents; hybrid schedule with some on campus and some remote work; evenings/weekends may be required.
