• Demonstrated success in donor stewardship, alumni engagement, events and external relations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets in higher education fundraising.
• Ability to design and execute integrated marketing and communications across channels.
• Knowledge of gift acceptance guidelines and donor lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff across stewardship, events, communications, and donor relations.
• Oversee donor benefit programs and alumni engagement strategies.
• Plan and execute high-level donor events and coordinate with Head Coaches.
• Lead marketing and communications for the development office and campaigns.
