Qualifications

• Three years of progressive supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Athletics and Fitness Center operations to provide high-quality services.
• Develop, implement, and assess athletic, fitness, and recreation programs.
• Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and support coaches and staff.
• Support student-athlete academic success through performance monitoring and coordination.
• Oversee facility maintenance, scheduling, and safety during events.
