Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in sport management or a closely related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive athletic administration experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance.
• Experience with budget management, facility scheduling, and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership for the athletics department and align with college governance.
• Direct supervision of varsity sports programs, including budgeting and evaluations.
• Oversee scheduling, facility use, travel logistics, and post-season hosting.
• Manage game-day operations, officials, and NCAA compliance efforts.
