Qualifications

• Preference for master's in athletic administration or related field; knowledge of NJCAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic relationships with internal and external constituencies and represents the college in athletic associations.
• Develops long-range strategic plan for athletics; recruits and retains student-athletes.
• Oversees compliance with NJCAA/MDJUCO, Title IX, and monitors eligibility and academic progress.
