Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Proficiency with financial/ERP systems and standard office software (Excel required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across staff, coaches, administration, campus partners.

Responsibilities

Budget Management – Prepare, analyze and narrate the on-going financial position of assigned sport programs and departments.
Procurement, Contracting & Payments – Review goods/services requests and process payments.
Travel Management & Expense Reconciliations – Administer travel program and expense reports.
Financial Aid – Administer financial aid agreements and related transactions for student-athletes.
Game & Event Support – Support Athletics Department operations at home events and recruiting events.
Required Reporting – Ensure accuracy of designated financial reports.
