Job summary

CU Boulder Athletics is seeking an AV Technical Coordinator for on-call event support at Folsom Stadium and related spaces. You will install and operate audio-visual systems, handle building access and coordination with the Events team, and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements include at least two years of AV experience, proficiency with Windows/Mac, and strong communication skills. The role is on-site, with varied hours including weekends and holidays, and offers competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in the setup, operation and maintenance of complex audio-visual equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac along with Microsoft PowerPoint and video playback methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, setup, and operate sound and video equipment for special events at CU Athletic facilities and premium spaces.
• Assist on gameday needs for football, basketball and other sports.
• Provide excellent customer service to determine AV needs for events.
