Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking a skilled Physician Extender to join our multidisciplinary sports medicine team. You will work side-by-side with medical doctors and therapists, coordinating care, performing evaluations, and supporting patients through recovery.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey Athletic Trainer License, has strong patient communication, and is comfortable with electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Athletic Trainer required in New Jersey.
• Experience with patient assessment and care coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals.
• Coordinate medical care, obtain history, and perform evaluations.
• Organize schedules, notes, imaging, care plans, and maintain confidentiality.
• Serve as liaison between physician and patient to support recovery.
• Conduct post-procedure follow-up and assist with equipment distribution.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and support administrative duties.
