Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals.
• Coordinate medical care and obtain clinical histories.
• Organize physician schedules, notes, imaging, and care plans; maintain confidentiality.
• Serve as liaison between physician and patient, providing support and encouragement.
• Conduct post-procedure follow-up and coordinate equipment distribution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA.
