Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site in Oregon. The role demands supervisory experience in security, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required training and licensing.

The position involves staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, incident reviews, and coordination with the client, with emphasis on service quality and cost

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• One year supervisory experience in security or an Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training of personnel.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality of service.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction and discipline as needed and manage productivity/costs.
