Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security program for a client. The role oversees staffing, training, scheduling, and client requests, ensuring contract compliance and high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or equivalent, can pass required licensing, and has supervisory security experience or related credentials. Driver license required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required licensing or training as applicable.
• Must have one of: military service, auxiliary police, 1+ year supervisory security experience, or an associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are completed.
• Maintain contract quality, inspect staff performance, and manage incidents.
• Coordinate payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Make recommendations on personnel actions and cost reduction.
