Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security program for a client site. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance while maintaining quality and profitability.

You will oversee payroll-related tasks, incident documentation, and post orders, and you will provide leadership to security personnel. A high school diploma and supervisory experience in security are required, with licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as required.
• Must meet licensing/driving qualifications where applicable.
• Military or law enforcement or supervisory experience preferred.
• Associates or higher degree in any discipline acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security on-site functions including staffing, scheduling and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening of security personnel are completed.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, security surveys and post orders support; assist as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and take disciplinary actions or commendations as appropriate.
• Respond to client requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
• Support cost-reduction and productivity improvements; contribute to post-order updates.
