Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations, staffing, training, and contract compliance for a client site. Duties include payroll handling, incident reporting, and coordinating with clients to meet post orders.

The role requires supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass required trainings and licensing. Strong communication and cost-control skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more of the following: service in active-duty military, reserves, or National Guard; service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry; associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, post orders).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding duties.
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel.
