Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the security function at a client site. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security personnel while ensuring contract compliance and service quality.

The role requires supervising personnel, evaluating incidents, coordinating with clients, and supporting payroll and post-order activities to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing as applicable.
• Must pass license test if operating company/client vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel performance to assure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and site post orders; support client requests and emergency communications.
