Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and educate on product features.
• Assist customers with transactions and closing sales.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and security policies.
• Keep the floor neat, stocked, and labeled with prices.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or hazards.
• Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and security concerns.
