Job summary

City of Concord is seeking a staff member to assist athletic staff in daily operations of all athletic programs and events. The role provides customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing registrations and payments.

You will help manage sites by ensuring site supervisors, referees, coaches and scorekeepers follow policies and procedures, and assist with crowd management. You may also support at athletic events and facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to assist inquiries and registrations.
• Ability to process registrations and payments accurately.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws relevant to recreation programs.
• Understanding philosophy and objectives of public recreation and personal health.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, registrations, and payments.
• Ensure site supervisors, referees, coaches, and scorekeepers follow policies and procedures; assist with crowd management.
• Provide on-site support at athletic events and facilities (e.g., races, pool, boat rentals).
