Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store in New York is hiring a Sales Associate who loves running and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll share passion for our products and invite customers into the HOKA community through friendly, expert service.

You’ll educate customers about the brand, stay current on products, operate the cash register, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized while promoting the Deckers Brand image.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies and demonstrate knowledge to customers.
• Engage with customers knowledgeably and address questions before they leave the store.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area, including daily cleaning tasks.
• Report to work on time and notify if late or absent.
