Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in Texas. You will create personalized shopping experiences, educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products, and become a HOKA Expert through ongoing product knowledge.

You will maintain store standards, operate the cash register, assist with inventory, and support management to uphold Deckers’ Brand image and drive growth. Two years of retail experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and address questions before they leave the store.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and employee break area; assist with admin tasks.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and merchandize according to Brand standards.
• Report to work on time and communicate delays to the Store Manager.
