Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA store in Castle Rock is seeking a Sales Associate who can deliver exceptional customer experiences, educate customers about HOKA products, and share enthusiasm for the brand.

You will stay current on product technologies, engage with shoppers with a friendly, energetic attitude, manage routine store tasks, including cash handling and inventory, and support management to promote the brand image.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers, ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock and assist with store operations and safety.
