Deckers Brands’ HOKA stores seek a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and share the passion for the HOKA Brand. You will help customers explore products, stay knowledgeable on tech and product lines, and invite them into the HOKA community through outstanding service.

You will support store operations, assist with cash handling and inventory, keep the store clean, and promote the Deckers Brand image in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Aufgaben

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate our customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are addressed before they leave the store.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers and promote the store and Brand image in all interactions.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and employee break area, perform daily cleaning tasks, and follow safety policies.
