Deckers Retail, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for the HOKA Brand in our New York City store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, educate shoppers about HOKA products, and welcome everyone into the HOKA community through enthusiastic, knowledgeable service.

You will master product details, operate the register, manage inventory, and keep the store clean and organized. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid State or Federal Identification.

Responsabilidades

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and respond to questions before checkout.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock and break area.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Report to Store Manager or Manager on Duty if late or absent.
