Job summary

Pioneer Athletics is seeking an Athletic Territory Representative to cover the Northern Virginia market and surrounding areas. This full-time role involves visiting professional teams, colleges, and high schools, and driving new account development and management across a defined territory.

You will work with our Sales Management and Training staff in a structured environment, travel within your territory, and have the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Field Sales experience with new account development and territory travel.
• Experience in sports turf industry or athletic sales preferred.
• CRM familiarity and ability to use customer databases effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with professional sports teams, colleges and high schools to manage accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Management for training and product programs.
• Serve as a consultative advisor to athletic directors, coaches and facilities managers.
