Job summary

The 12th Man Foundation in College Station, TX is seeking a part-time Ticketing Events Assistant to support athletic events with exceptional customer service. Duties include operating ticket windows, distributing tickets for student events, and basic clerical tasks, mainly evenings and weekends after football season.

You will work under the Ticketing Department, handle cash, follow NCAA rules, and maintain a professional image.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; detail oriented.
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and possible holidays.
• Professional image and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Arrive promptly to all scheduled shifts and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, public, faculty and staff, and other external customers.
• Utilize information from the Ticketing Department for sales information and manager communications.
• Respond to customer requests and inquiries accurately; refer to qualified internal contact as needed.
• Work effectively in automated ticketing software.
• Accurately manage cash drawers; count cash at end of shift.
• Follow NCAA rules pertaining to student-athletes and staff.
• Maintain dress code standards as appointed by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
