Job summary

Texas A&M University Athletics is seeking a part-time Game Day Ticket Sales Student Worker to support ticket operations for home events. You will handle ticketing, customer service, and entry operations, representing the Athletics Department in a courteous and reliable manner.

The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with training provided and opportunities to learn ticketing systems and game-day procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student in good standing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with fans and guests.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Previous customer service, retail, ticketing, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to fans at designated windows or sales locations.
• Process cashless transactions using ticketing and POS systems.
• Assist guests with mobile tickets and entry operations.
• Scan and validate tickets at venue entrances as assigned.
• Assist with will call, complimentary tickets, and credential distribution.
• Provide accurate information on prices, seating, venues, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate ticketing and sales records during shifts.
• Support opening/closing ticket operations before and after events.
• Deliver professional customer service to fans, students, and donors.
