Lake Highland Prep invites applications for a Construction Project Coordinator to support the Facilities/Property Manager in representing the school on the OHJOI Athletic Center project. This 18-month, contracted, benefited, exempt position features a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting commercial or institutional construction as a project coordinator, project engineer, construction administrator, or owner's representative support.
• Experience on educational or occupied-campus projects preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction process from contract award through closeout.
• Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project information and records for the OHJOI Athletic Center project.
• Support coordination among stakeholders and team members.
• Track documentation, cost, schedule, procurement, and closeout details.
• Identify and elevate potential cost, schedule, quality, or operational concerns for review.
