Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in commercial or institutional construction as a project coordinator, project engineer, construction administrator, or owner's representative support.
• Experience with construction from contract award through closeout.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in construction management preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.
• Experience with a construction management platform such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities/Property Manager with owner-representation for the OHJOI Athletic Center project.
• Maintain organized project information and track documentation, cost, schedule, procurement, and closeout.
• Coordinate among stakeholders to elevate cost, schedule, quality, or operational concerns for review.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with school policies and schedules.
