Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1-3 years of experience.
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase.
Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes and inventory presentation.
Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect, adhering to safety and SOPs.
