Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Onboards and trains new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards and inventory accuracy.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, and complies with laws.
