DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Off Field Operations to be the go-to expert behind the scenes, driving inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and store operations to keep the floor athlete-ready and running smoothly.

In this fast-paced retail role, you will engage with athletes and teammates, support onboarding, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure safe, efficient execution of critical processes with pride in accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and inventory practices.
• Promotes participation in company programs and services.
• Contributes to a welcoming, respectful store environment and adheres to safety and SOPs.
