Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist - Off Field Operations to join our team. You will support key store processes, deliver exceptional athlete experiences, and help maintain inventory accuracy and store readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a teamwork mindset. This is a fast-paced, customer-centric role with emphasis on accuracy and execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert for their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution to ensure products are ready for athletes to purchase and engagement is maximized.
